Irish Coffee Chocolates Balls

- 1 St Sugar cubes
- 100 g Mocha chocolate
- 50 g Dark chocolate
- 70 g Waffles
- 50 ml Whiskey
- 100 g Butter
- 30 g Sugar
- 10 g Chocolate mocha beans
- 1 packet Instant coffee
Preparations
- Grate the chocolate finely – grate the waffles (or dry cake or biscuit remnants) into fine crumbs – for the “breading” chop the chocolate mocha beans very finely and mix with the instant coffee powder (set aside, this mixture will be used later rolled the balls)

- Prepare a small, strong espresso, sweeten it with 1 lump of sugar and let it cool – stir the butter together with the sugar over the water bath until foamy – mix the grated chocolate with the waffle crumbs and stir in the cooled mocha – then add this mixture to the foamy butter / Add the sugar mass – season to taste with the whiskey and mix everything well again with the mixer
- Now roll small balls out of the mass and roll them into the chocolate mocha beans / coffee powder mass prepared above – put the praline balls in small paper cases
