Irish Coffee Chocolates Balls

  • 1 St Sugar cubes
  • 100 g Mocha chocolate
  • 50 g Dark chocolate
  • 70 g Waffles
  • 50 ml Whiskey
  • 100 g Butter
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 10 g Chocolate mocha beans
  • 1 packet Instant coffee

Preparations

  1. Grate the chocolate finely – grate the waffles (or dry cake or biscuit remnants) into fine crumbs – for the “breading” chop the chocolate mocha beans very finely and mix with the instant coffee powder (set aside, this mixture will be used later rolled the balls)
