Ingredients

  • 250 g Flour
  • 0,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 50 g Butter
  • 150 ml Lukewarm milk
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  • Put the flour with the baking powder in a bowl and sprinkle the butter on top. Add salt and gradually stir in the milk. Knead the soft dough carefully, but not too long, otherwise the scones will dry out. Roll out the dough about finger thick on a surface sprinkled with flour and cut out with a cup of taler. Then the thalers (scones) are placed on a greased baking sheet or lined with baking paper in a preheated oven for 12-15 minutes at 220 degrees
  • You can top them with spicy, or with jam a pleasure 🙂
