Ingredients
- 400 g Cod fillet
- 8 Carrots
- Olive oil
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- 150 g Yogurt 10% fat
- 3 tsp Mustard
- Lemon juice
Instructions
- Peel the carrots and cut lengthways into narrow strips. Blanch the carrot strips in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Then take it out with the slotted spoon and place in a baking dish.
- Salt and pepper the cod fillet. Place on the carrot strips and drizzle with olive oil. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice after baking.
- The best way to go with fish is toasted white bread and mustard sauce. The mustard sauce can be easily made by stirring mustard into natural yogurt.
