makes about 55 cookies

The butter is cut into fine pieces, then mixed with the flour and kneaded into a smooth dough with the sugar, ground hazelnuts, grated chocolate, cinnamon, an egg, and an egg yolk. After it has rested in the refrigerator for 2 hours, it is rolled out flat, cut out into small round cookies, and baked at approximately 200°C for 8 minutes. Simply combine the ingredients for the cream and mix well. If the cream is too runny, simply refrigerate it for a while. Once it has firmed up, mix again and fill the cookies. Then spoon on the liquid glaze.
