with cheese, bacon and salami

Put the flour in a large bowl. Mix the yeast with lukewarm water in a bowl until completely dissolved. Then add it to the flour, mix lightly with a little of it, and let the pre-dough rise in a warm place for about 10 minutes. Then add the salt and knead everything into a smooth yeast dough. Let it rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. Meanwhile, cut the cheese, bacon, and salami into small cubes. Knead everything into the risen dough. Shape the dough into a ring, place it on a baking sheet, and let it rise for another 15 minutes. Bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 45 minutes. Tip: Brush the dough ring with water before baking to make it nice and crispy.
