Ciabatta from the bread maker

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 450 g flour
  • 250 ml water
  • 8 g yeast
  • 6 g salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Pour all ingredients into the baking pan and select the white bread program. Of course, the dough can also be prepared conventionally. However, the ciabatta will be particularly crispy and wonderfully light in a bread maker.
