Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 fish(s), (haddock), approx. 700 g
  • 2 small fish(s) (cod) 500 g each
  • 4 cod fillets, 200 g each
  • 6 lemons
  • herbal salt
  • pepper
  • Mustard
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 1 tsp thyme, dried
  • 8 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 6 tbsp flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Clean the fish, drizzle with the juice of 5 lemons inside and out, and let stand for about 30 minutes. Mix the herb salt, pepper, mustard, finely chopped basil, and thyme well. Rub the mixture all over the fish, inside and out, and the fish fillets, and coat in flour. Heat oil in a large pan. Brown the fish on one side, turn, and continue cooking for another 15 minutes over low heat. Add the cross-cut tomatoes and cook after about 5 minutes. Serve with lemon slices.
