Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg boiled jacket potatoes
- oil
- oregano
- rosemary
- sage
- Thyme
- tarragon
- Paprika powder, hot
- nutmeg
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel the potatoes, cut into cubes or large slices, and fry in oil until golden brown. Mix the herbs and spices, pour over the fried potatoes, and fry for a moment longer.
