Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 400 g mayonnaise (light salad cream)
  • 300 g yogurt (whole milk)
  • 7 tbsp milk
  • 600 g tomatoes
  • 500g mozzarella
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Cook the pasta for 10 minutes until al dente. Wash the herbs, peel the onions and garlic, and chop everything very finely. Mix with the oil, salad dressing, yogurt, and milk, and season well to taste. Rinse the pasta, drain, and cool. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Layer the pasta and herb sauce in a bowl. Top with the sauce as the final layer. Let it rest, then serve.
