- 2 black puddings
- 500 g potatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g lard
- salt and pepper
- Caraway seeds
- marjoram

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Boil potatoes, fry finely chopped onions in fat, add sliced potatoes, season, then press in the black pudding filling and fry thoroughly. This goes very well with cooked sauerkraut.
