Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 200 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 200 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • 100 ml milk
  • Herbs, Italian, e.g. pizza seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle pasta in plenty of salted water. Clean and slice the fresh mushrooms. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms until lightly browned. Add the chopped and passata and milk to the mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs (e.g., pizza seasoning) and simmer for about 10 minutes. Dice the feta, add it to the sauce, and simmer for another 5 minutes over low heat. Finally, stir in the crème fraîche, add the pasta, and mix everything well. Tip: If you like, you can also add arugula just before serving.
