Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g rice
- 1 can/n tomatoes, peeled
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 2 slice(s) bacon (vesper bacon)
- 4 sausages (farmer’s sausages or beef sausages)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic, more to taste
- salt and pepper
- Spice mix, Italian
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes
Boil the rice. In the meantime, clean the bell pepper and slice it into strips. Cut the sausage and bacon into small pieces. Briefly sauté the onions, garlic, bacon, bell pepper, and sausages, then season with salt, pepper, and the spice mix. Grease a casserole dish and add all the ingredients. Bake in the oven on the middle rack at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-40 minutes.
