Ingredients
- 1 can Giant white beans - 400g
- 50 ml Good olive oil
- 1 large Clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp Sage dried
- 4 Sage leaves fresh
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Possibly oil to drizzle on
Instructions
- Pour the giant beans with the stock into a saucepan, season with salt. Add the olive oil, dried sage and the squeezed garlic. Chop the fresh sage leaves and add them as well. Bring to the boil briefly and simmer gently over a low heat for about 10-15 minutes. Season again with salt and pepper and serve on preheated plates. If you want, you can drizzle the beans with olive oil. Pan-fried food and rosemary potato spoons go well with this. The brew can also be topped up with ciabatta bread.
