Italian-style pasta salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (fusilli)
  • 2 bell peppers, red and green
  • 4 tomatoes
  • some tomatoes, dried, pickled in oil
  • some olives, black
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Parmesan
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta until al dente. Dice the bell peppers, sun-dried and fresh tomatoes, and add them to the cooled pasta along with the black olives. Mix everything together. Chop the basil and stir in about 2/3 of it. Season with oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Grate Parmesan cheese over the salad to taste and mix again. Let the salad marinate for at least 2 hours. Just before serving, season again and stir in the remaining basil.
