Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g butter
  • 275 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 50 g almonds or other nuts, ground or
  • Chocolate shavings
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 350 g flour
  • 4 tbsp water, lukewarm
  • Fat for the mold
  • Flour for working

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Scandinavian cookies

Mix all ingredients, place on a greased baking sheet, and roll out completely with a floured rolling pin. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (preheated oven). Immediately cut into small pieces and dust with powdered sugar. Variations: Instead of ground almonds, use 50 g of ground hazelnuts, walnuts, or grated chocolate.
