Jerchen's WW – Meatballs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g minced meat (turkey mince)
  • 250 g mushrooms, fresh
  • 200 g quark (20% fat)
  • 1 bunch parsley, fresh
  • 3 tbsp onion(s), dried or roasted
  • ¼ nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 2 tsp lovage
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 100 ml vegetable broth (1 tsp instant)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

WW – suitable

Wash the parsley, pat dry, and finely chop. Trim and finely dice the mushrooms. Combine the minced meat with vegetable stock, dried onions, quark, parsley, and mushrooms, and let it simmer briefly. Season with lovage, nutmeg, salt, and pepper, and form approximately 10-12 meatballs. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan and fry the meatballs for approximately 10 minutes on each side. One meatball has 1.5 points. A complete meal with potatoes, two meatballs, and a salad (with 1 tablespoon of oil) has approximately 8 points.
