Jerusalem Artichoke Schnitzel Cake

  • 3 Jerusalem artichoke bulbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 Medium-Sized onion cut into cubes
  • Oil for frying
