Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 ml tequila
  • 2 dashes liqueur (lime bitters)
  • Crushed ice
  • champagne
  • 1 strip of lime zest

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice and add 1-3 dashes of tequila and bitters. Shake vigorously for a few seconds. Double-filter into a glass to remove any ice chips. Top with champagne and garnish with a lime zest squeezed over the drink.
