Josta Berries & Currants Black As Jelly
The perfect josta berries & currants black as jelly recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Berries from my garden:
- 500 g Josta berries
- 400 g Black currants fresh
- 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
to go crazy:
- 1 Pc. Fleet Lotte

Description :
- A delight for the palate, refines every cake or even just the breakfast roll.
Here we go :
- Harvest berries (from my garden), wash and drain. Put in a saucepan, press down until the juice comes out.
- Sugar in, let stand for half a day.
- Bring to the boil, spin Lotte through the liquor. Wipe off the pulp well. Pour hot into glasses, which are then turned upside down and turned again after approx. 5 minutes.
