Josta Berries – Jelly
The perfect josta berries – jelly recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
to go crazy:
- 200 ml Water
- 1 Pc. Fleet Lotte
Diabetic:
- 420 g Preserving sugar 3: 1
normal.
- 250 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
Fresh from the garden:
- Wash josta berries freshly picked from my garden. Bring to the boil with the water.
Go berserk :
- Go crazy with the brisk Lotte, so shell & Co. stay behind.
Cooking jelly:
- Measure the juice and bring the right amount to the boil. Pour hot into freshly rinsed glasses. Unscrew the cover & turn it upside down, turn after 5-10 minutes.
- For diabetics I used 1 liter of juice with 420 g of preserving sugar 3: 1, made 3 glasses. For non-diabetics 500 ml of juice with 250 g of preserving sugar 2: 1 resulted in 1.5 glass
- It has a wonderful sweet and sour note.
