Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g yogurt (cherry yogurt)
- 200 g spelt flour type 630
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 g almonds, chopped
- Sultana’s
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and add sultanas, if desired. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees fan/convection oven. The dough will be very sticky, so use two spoons to place small mounds onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Make sure there’s enough space between the mounds, as they will expand. Press sultanas into the mounds for decoration and bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
