Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 packs of spaetzle, ready from the refrigerated counter
- 1 kg leek
- 3 tbsp oil or cooking cream
- n. B. spice(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Leek and spaetzle pan, easy, quick, vegetarian
Slice the leek into rings and wash it. Heat the oil or cooking cream and add the spaetzle. Then add the leek rings and fry until golden brown. I deliberately didn’t specify any spices in the recipe, as I season according to my mood. Garlic is always good. You can also add a bit of cream for a creamy consistency. Or add some roasted jerked meat.
