Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 slice(s) of toast
- some milk
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 50 g diced ham
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
- 1 large onion(s), diced
- 2 tbsp butter for frying

Place the slice of toast in a bowl and pour over a little milk. Add the minced meat, ham, egg, salt, pepper, mustard, garlic, and onion, and mix everything together. Form the mixture into about 10 meatballs. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the meatballs on both sides over low heat. Be careful when turning the meatballs.
