Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice (135 g)
  • 1 medium-sized bell pepper(s)

Cook the pasta (e.g., fusilli) according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, deseed the bell peppers and chop into small pieces. Drain the tuna, crumble it into a microwave-safe bowl, and roughly mix it with the bell pepper pieces and cream cheese. Microwave the mixture for about 2-3 minutes, then stir thoroughly. Drain the pasta and toss it in deep plates with the tuna, cream cheese, and bell pepper mixture. Season to taste. If you like it a bit spicier, you can also add some chopped bell peppers. 600 kcal per serving
