Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 pork schnitzels
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 pack of nachos, variety of your choice
  • salt and pepper
  • Clarified butter or oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Crush the chips with a rolling pin. Put the flour in a plate. Beat the eggs and put them in another plate. Put the chip crumbs in another plate. Pound the schnitzels with a meat mallet, then season with salt and pepper on both sides. Then coat the schnitzels in flour, then in egg, ensuring the entire schnitzel is coated. Then place them in the nachos. The chips should cover the schnitzels evenly. Heat enough clarified butter or oil in a pan and fry the schnitzels until golden brown. Turn carefully to prevent the delicious coating from coming off.
