Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 chili peppers, red
  • 1 tbsp coriander greens, chopped
  • 1 shallot(s), Thai, finely sliced
  • 6 shrimp(s)
  • 4 spring onions, Thai, cut into rings

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix the ingredients together and place in a heatproof bowl. Then place the bowl in a steamer over boiling water. Steam very slowly for about 30 minutes, until the mixture has set. Tips: If you don’t like shrimp, you can simply omit them; you can also substitute them with crabmeat. This recipe is often made with minced pork, but you can vary it to suit your taste.
