Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 2 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g almonds or hazelnuts, ground
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the butter, sugar, and eggs in a bowl. Then stir in the flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla sugar, hazelnuts or almonds, and chocolate. Using a teaspoon, form small mounds of dough onto the baking sheet. Bake on the middle rack at 175 degrees Celsius for about 12 minutes.
