Ingredients
 

  • 1,5 kg Kale
  • 400 g Potatoes
  • 5 Mettenden
  • 2 Onions
  • 4 Cloves
  • 750 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • Salt
  • 50 g Butter

Instructions
 

  • Wash and drain the kale several times. Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Cut the meatloaf into slices. Peel the onions and prick the cloves into the onion.
  • Put the butter in a large saucepan and then add the potatoes, meatloaf and cabbage in layers to the saucepan. Season with salt and pour over the vegetable stock. Now bring the whole thing to the boil and then simmer for 60 minutes over a low heat.
  • Take out the onions and stir in the mustard and cook for another 10 minutes. Season with salt and serve. Good Appetite
