- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 slices of processed cheese (sandwich cheese)
- butter

Quickly prepared pancakes with melting cheese
Preparation: Use a 200-250 ml coffee cup as a measure. In a bowl, combine flour, milk, eggs, and salt until a smooth batter forms. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little butter. Pour some batter into the pan and spread evenly. Fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides, adding a little butter as needed. Once the pancakes are done, place two slices of sandwich cheese on each pancake. Fold the pancakes together to melt the cheese. Serve hot. Approx. 580 kcal per serving.
