Pancakes with cream cheese in the batter and cinnamon

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 tsp, leveled cinnamon sugar
  • 1 pack of vanilla sugar, preferably 1 tbsp homemade
  • 9 tbsp flour
  • 150 ml milk 3.5%
  • 5 tbsp rapeseed oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk the eggs with the cream cheese. Add the vanilla sugar and cinnamon sugar. Gradually stir in the flour, followed by the milk. The amount of milk may vary depending on the type of flour. The batter should be thick and runny. Fry each pancake in about 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil until golden brown. Make 5 pancakes in a pan with a diameter of about 25 cm.
