Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of smoked pork
- 3 cups breadcrumbs
- 3 eggs
- e.g. fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Kasseler double breaded and deep-fried
Cut the pork shank into approximately 5 x 5 cm pieces. To coat, dip each piece first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Repeat the process and fry the meat in a deep fryer at 180°C for about 3 minutes. Serve with potato salad. The nuggets are also delicious without salad.
