Kebab Out of Pipe

The perfect kebab out of pipe recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 30 g Kebab seasoning mix
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • Sauce:
  • 1000 g Yogurt
  • 3 Toes Garlic
  • 1 Tl Chopped peppermint leaves
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 Flatbread
  • Cucumber
  • Tomatoes
  • Red chilli flakes
  1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into thin strips. Mix the seasoning with the oil. Add chicken breast strips and stir well. Fry the marinated meat. For the sauce, mix the yogurt with the garlic and mint. Cut the flatbread into pieces and roast in the oven at 220 degrees for about 10 minutes. Line the bottom with the flatbread in an ovenproof dish, pour yogurt over it. Put the meat on top and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes. Cover with cucumber slices and tomato slices and serve sprinkled with chilli flakes.
