Kebab Skewer

The perfect kebab skewer recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Minced beef / lamb
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Ground caraway
  • 0,5 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 1 Allspice grain
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil

preparation

  1. Peel the onions and garlic and cut into fine cubes, heat the pan and sauté the onions in a little oil. Put all the spices in a mortar and grind. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the garlic with onions and spice mixture. Mix everything by hand and then put it in shape on the skewers.
  1. Equal parts of plain yoghurt and mayonnaise are used for the yoghurt sauce. Add a little dill and season with salt and pepper.
  1. Cook the skewers on the grill and serve with rice and yoghurt sauce, for example.
