Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Minced beef / lamb
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 0,5 tsp Ground caraway
  • 0,5 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Sweet paprika
  • 1 tbsp Dried oregano
  • 1 Allspice grain
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil

  • Peel the onions and garlic and cut into fine cubes, heat the pan and sauté the onions in a little oil. Put all the spices in a mortar and grind. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the garlic with onions and spice mixture. Mix everything by hand and then put it in shape on the skewers.
  • Equal parts of plain yoghurt and mayonnaise are used for the yoghurt sauce. Add a little dill and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the skewers on the grill and serve with rice and yoghurt sauce, for example.
