Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tsp mustard (fig mustard)
- 4 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp kefir (cream kefir)
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 3 minutes
First, dissolve the fig mustard in milk. Then add the remaining ingredients, season to taste, and mix well. Serve with mixed salad with bacon and feta cheese.
