Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 ½ tsp cinnamon powder
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp coriander
Instructions

Crush the coriander seeds and mix with the remaining spices. The mixture can be stored in a tightly sealed jar or similar container if you don’t need it all right away. Depending on the dish you’re using the kefta to flavor, add 1 finely chopped onion, 1-2 garlic cloves (pressed or finely chopped), and 1 teaspoon of chopped mint leaves during preparation.
