Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 cup(s) water , (mocha cup)
  • 4 tsp ground coffee – dark roast
  • Cardamom, ground
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

In a metal pan—or even better, a copper pan—mix water, coffee, a little cardamom powder, and a pinch of nutmeg thoroughly. Bring to a gentle boil over low heat. A foam should form. Once it does, pour the coffee into the preheated demitasse cups. It’s especially delicious after a hearty meal.
