Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
  • 1 tsp herbs de Provence, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simple, quick, delicious, Paleo-friendly

Place the tomatoes in a small saucepan with mustard, honey, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Peel the garlic clove and press it in. Remove the heads from the cloves, crush them between your fingers, and add. Optionally, add the herbs de Provence. Stir and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
