Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g kidney beans, from the can
- 50 g mushrooms, fresh or from the can
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 30 g bell pepper(s), red, green or yellow
- 30 g onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- Garlic
- chili
Instructions

vegetarian hummus made from kidney beans
Remove the kidney beans from the can and drain. Cut the mushrooms, bell peppers, and onion into pieces so the blender can process them more easily. Add the ingredients to the blender, chop, and then season. Blend everything again and season to taste. You can use more or less soy sauce depending on your desired consistency.
