Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 dash of olive oil
- some salt and pepper
Instructions

On bread or as a dip
Puree the kidney beans with a hand blender, add a dash of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. It will keep in the refrigerator for about a week.
