Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

with extra Kinder chocolate, for 8 pieces, from a 26 cm springform pan

Preheat oven to 175°C (top/bottom heat). Grease and crumble a 26cm springform pan (I sometimes use a silicone heart pan). Beat the butter, vanilla sugar, sugar, and eggs until fluffy. Mix the baking powder with the flour, sift, and stir in. Then add the milk. Roughly chop or break 500g of the Kinder chocolate into pieces. Pour one-third of the batter into the pan, scatter half of the chocolate pieces on top, and cover with the second third of the batter. Spread the remaining chocolate on top and pour the remaining batter on top. Bake on the middle rack for 50-60 minutes. Remove the cake from the pan and let it cool slightly. Melt the remaining 300g of Kinder chocolate in a water bath and glaze the cake with it. If desired, sprinkle the white and dark chocolate shavings on top of the warm glaze as decoration.
