Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 350 g king oyster mushrooms
- 300 g zucchini, equivalent to about 2 small
- 2 spring onions
- 150 g cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil for frying
- 1 piece(s) Parmesan

Logi, low carb, simple
Slice the king oyster mushrooms, wash the zucchini and julienne it into spaghetti, then slice the spring onions into rings. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the mushrooms, and fry. Deglaze with the cream and season with salt and pepper. Let the mushrooms simmer briefly, then add the spring onions and zucchini spaghetti to the sauce and heat briefly. Serve immediately and garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
