King prawn tails with spaghetti and pesto

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 g shrimp(s), (giant shrimp tails)
  • 500g spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp pesto
  • 3 medium-sized garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp oil, tasteless
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook spaghetti in salted water, clean the shrimp tails (removing the tips), peel the garlic, and chop into small pieces. Fry the garlic and shrimp tails in a deep pan or wok with 2 tablespoons of oil for about 5 minutes. Add the cooked pasta and 2-3 tablespoons of pesto, stir, and you’re done.
