Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bottle of cider, brut (the drier the better)
  • 125 ml Crème de Cassis (blackcurrant liqueur)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

aperitif

Pour the crème de cassis into glasses and top with the cider. It’s wonderfully drinkable and has very little alcohol!
