Colorful bean salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 can/n beans, red, 250 g drained weight
  • 1 can/n corn, 250 g drained weight
  • 1 can/n beans, green, 450 g drained weight
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • savory

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Rinse the red beans with water, add the drained corn and drained green beans. Add about 20 ml of the green bean liquid. Mix well and season with the remaining ingredients; the salad should have a slightly sweet/sour flavor. Let it sit for at least 1 hour. I like to garnish with a few red onion rings.
