Kissinger Rolls

Ingredients for about 48 pieces:
- 300 g Flour
- 2 tsp Tartar baking powder
- 300 g Ground hazelnuts
- 300 g Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- 200 g Butter
- Apricot jam
- Chocolate icing
- Ground hazelnuts
- Walnut halves
- Sieve the flour with baking powder onto a baking mat, pour the hazelnuts, sugar, salt and cinnamon over it. Press in the well, add the eggs. Spread the butter in flakes on the edge, knead everything quickly and put in a cool place.
- Roll out the dough about 3 mm thick and cut out rosettes, place on the greased baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes at 200 ° C.
