Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 kiwis
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 500 g icing sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the kiwis. Combine them with the whipped cream, crème fraîche, and powdered sugar in a tall bowl and blend with an immersion blender. Then pour all ingredients into the ice cream maker. Done.
