Curd cream with fruit

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 125 g yogurt
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • 40 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 125 ml whipped cream
  • 250 g fruit

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the quark with yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Whip the heavy cream and fold in. Chop the fruit and mix into the cream or layer it in cream bowls. Decorate the cream with fruit pieces.
