Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g kiwi(s), peeled, weighed
- 250 g mango(s), sliced, weighed
- 2 sprigs peppermint
- 250 g gelling sugar 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
makes about 4 glasses
Chop the kiwis and mango and puree. Mix with the preserving sugar and add the peppermint sprigs. Bring to a boil in a saucepan and simmer for 4 minutes. Remove the peppermint and fill the jam into hot, rinsed jars. Seal and let cool.
