Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 400 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 500 g kiwi(s), ripe
- 1 pack of gelling sugar 2:1
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and puree the kiwis and bananas. Add the orange juice. Pour everything into the saucepan, heat, and gradually add the preserving sugar while stirring. Cook for 4 minutes while stirring. Place a few drops of the jam on a cold plate. If the jam sets quickly, it can be poured into boiled jars. Turn the jars upside down for 5 minutes.
