Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 kiwis, ripe
  • 2 tsp lime juice or lemon juice
  • 3 tsp honey, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

with fruit salad, vanilla ice cream, waffles, crêpes, pancakes, vanilla pudding, very fruity and not too sweet

Peel the kiwis and cut them into cubes. Puree the flesh with the lime juice and honey. Then pass the mixture through a fine sieve to remove the black seeds.
